1. Payment options

Payment can be made via Credit & Debit Card. We accepts Visa/Master issued debit/credit cards.You can also pay using Apple Pay, WeChatPay.

You can make payment in Euros / US Dollars / Chinese Yuan.

All credit card payments are processed by electronic payment system. In our payment system, payment security is provided through the SSL Protocol to transmit confidential information from the client to payment system server for further processing. Further information transmission is done via private bank networks of the highest protection levels. Confidential data of the client's card (card number and other details) is collected and processed ONLY in the processing center. We do collect or keep this information.

Payment system supports "Verified by Visa", "MasterCard SecureCode".
We use all Debit/Credit Card exchange rates, so it will be same amount in your currency that you see in your order.

3. Cancellations and changes

You can cancel or make changes for any reason and receive a full refund.Cancellations and exchanges can be done at any time, but not later than 2 weeks (14 days) before the performance.You can cancel your order within 1 minute - just call us or e-mail us.No any paperwork or faxes are needed. Refund will be done back to the same card that you used during the payment.

To return and get a refund for something that you bought by error you might need to provide some additional information such as receipt. When the merchant processes your refund, it goes back to your payment card automatically.

4. Ticket Pricing Policy

All prices displayed on our website include any applicable taxes, service, and processing fees.

We classify our pricing into five categories based on the level of service and effort required. These fees are already included in the final price you see:

Price Class 0: No surcharge — the final price is the same as the original ticket price.
Price Class 1: Includes a service and processing fee of 5%–25% of the original ticket price.
Price Class 2: Includes a service and processing fee of 26%–31%.
Price Class 3: Includes a service and processing fee of 32%–39%.
Price Class 4: Includes a service and processing fee of 40% or more. An additional concierge service fee may apply for locating tickets to sold-out events.

These fees reflect the varying levels of effort required for ticket procurement, order processing, and financial handling.

By placing an order, the customer authorizes Mariinsky-Theatre.com to charge the specified account or credit card for the full amount.

5. Privacy policy

Your personal information, such as your name, e-mail address, phone number and delivery details is used only to process and deliver your order.
This information is completely confidential and will not be passed to any other party.
