All credit card payments are processed by electronic payment system ASSIST (www.assist.ru). In the ASSIST system, payment security is provided through the SSL Protocol to transmit confidential information from the client to ASSIST server for further processing. Further information transmission is done via private bank networks of the highest protection levels. Confidential data of the client's card (card number and other details) is collected and processed ONLY in the processing center. We do collect or keep this information.
ASSIST supports "Verified by Visa" and "MasterCard SecureCode" services.
As our company is in Russia, you will be charged in Russian currency (Russian Roubles, RUB). We use Visa/Mastercard exchange rates, so it will be same amount in your currency that you see in your order.
By default, we deliver electronic tickets. Tickets will be sent by e-mail, you need to print them and visit the theatre with them. This is the best and most convenient way of delivery.
3. Cancellations and changes
On 06 June 2020, the Russian Government issued a decree on changes in the conditions and terms for refunding tickets due to a high alert mode announcement in connection with the spread of new coronavirus infection.
In accordance with these changes in case of the rescheduling of performance, you can attend the performance on a new date. In case the performance is canceled an organization has a right to make a refund to a client within 6 months (180 days) from the date of the cancellation of the high alert mode.
