Ballet is as conservative as progressive. Initiated in the nineteenth century, the structure and codes of the ballet are still relevant and seem resistant to all developments, even technological. However, new directions are taken from time to time without ever being able to assert themselves as a new standard. This evening, young choreographers will present their works at the Mariinsky Theater. And who knows, perhaps one of them will succeed in upsetting the little world of ballet!
