Prize-winner at the International Diaghilev Young Opera Singers` Competition (1997, Perm)
and the International Rimsky-Korsakov Vocalists` Competition (1998 and 2000, St Petersburg).
Recipient of the Elena Obraztsova special prize at the IV International Elena Obraztsova Young Opera Singers` Competition (2005, St Petersburg).
Born in Perm.
Graduated from the Perm School of Music in vocals and choral conducting in 1997 and was admitted to the St Petersburg State Rimsky-Korsakov Conservatoire.
Soloist with the Mariinsky Academy of Young Singers since 1998. Has participated in master classes given by Matti Palm, Elena Obraztsova, Renata Scotto, Ileana Cotrubas, Vladimir Atlantov and Gena Dimitrova.
At the Mariinsky Theatre she has performed the following roles:
the Queen of Shemakha (The Golden Cockerel);
the Nightingale (Le rossignol);
Cleopatra (Cimarosa`s Cleopatra);
Rosina (Il barbiere di Siviglia);
the Contessa di Folleville (Il viaggio a Reims);
Gilda (Rigoletto);
Olympia (Les contes d`Hoffmann);
the Woodbird (Siegfried)
and Zerbinetta (Ariadne auf Naxos).
Has toured with the Mariinsky Opera Company to the UK, France, Austria, Germany, the Netherlands, Finland, the USA, Denmark and Estonia.
Has taken part in Academy concerts in the UK, Finland, France and the USA.
In Graz (Austria) she performed the role of Cleopatra in Jonathan Miller`s production of Cimarosa`s Cleopatra, which was premiered as part of the Graz – European City of Culture 2003 programme.
