Musical Preparation

Born in the Primorsky Region. Graduated in piano studies from the Moldavian Conservatoire in 1966.
From 1968-1976, worked at the Moldavian Theatre of Opera and Ballet.
In 1976, was engaged at the Musorgsky Theatre of Opera and Ballet, working on productions of the operas Eugene Onegin, The Snow Maiden, The Queen of Spades, Boris Godunov, Khovanshchina and The Golden Cockerel.

Has been a chorus master with the Mariinsky Theatre since 1989. Has worked on productions of the operas Don Carlos, Otello, Madama Butterfly, Tosca, The Miserly Knight, La forza del destino, Aida, Turandot, La traviata and Samson et Dalila.

Has performed in many of Russia?s greatest concert venues and abroad with singers such as Maria Bieshu, Lyubov Kazarnovskaya, Vladimir Galuzin and Larisa Diadkova.
At the Mariinsky Theatre, works with soloists including Olga Borodina, Nikolai Putilin, Tatiana Novikova, Larisa Diadkova, Vladimir Galuzin, Alexander Gergalov, Irina Gordei, Gennady Bezzubenkov and Sergei Alexashkin.
Also works with young Mariinsky Theatre singers, among them Mikhail Petrenko, Yevgeny Nikitin, Irina Mataeva and Tatiana Pavlovskaya.

In 1996, worked at Tel Aviv?s International Vocal Arts Institute, where she collaborated on a production of the opera Iolanta.
Has toured with the Mariinsky Theatre to the USA, Great Britain, Germany, Italy, Belgium, the Netherlands, Spain and Israel.
