Oleg Sendetsky

Recipient of International competitions diplomas in Geneva, Munich, and Osaka.
Oleg Sendetsky was born in Leningrad. In 1980, he graduated from the Special Musical High School at the Leningrad State Conservatory (Professor Emmanuel Fishman's class).
In 1988, he graduated from the Leningrad State Conservatory (Professor Joseph Levinzon's class).
In 1989-90, he was on internship in Geneva, at the class of Professor Francois Gee. In 1987–1999, he was soloist of the Soloists of St. Petersburg Chamber Orchestra (Artistic Director Mikhail Gantvarg). In 1996–1999, he was soloist of the Musorgsky Opera and Ballet Theater.
Since 1999 and up to now, Oleg Sendetsky is concertmaster of the cello group of the Mariinsky Theater. He took part in several international musical festivals: "St. Petersburg Musical Spring," "From the Vanguard to Our Days," etc. He keeps concerting in Russia and abroad.
