Prize-winner at the XVI International Glinka Vocal Competition (2nd prize, 1995),
the III International Rimsky-Korsakov Vocal Competition (2nd prize, St Petersburg, 1998)
and the I International Elena Obraztsova Young Opera Singers? Competition (2nd prize, St Petersburg, 1999).
Born in Moscow.
Graduated from the Moscow State Conservatoire in 1997.
Joined the New Opera in Moscow and in 1998 she entered the Mariinsky Academy of Young Singers.

Has toured with the Mariinsky Theatre to London (Covent Garden), Paris (Theatre du Chatelet), Milan (La Scala), Washington (Kennedy Center), Madrid, Amsterdam, Baden-Baden and the Mikkeli Music Festival.
In Helsinki she sang in the opera Mavra with the Helsinki Philharmonic Opera (under conductor Esa Pekka Salonen). She has performed in Manchester with the Manchester Opera as Polina in The Queen of Spades, and in the USA she appeared in a concert tour of students and post-graduates of the Moscow State Conservatoire to Washington, Los Angeles, Kansas, Ann Arbour and Michigan in October 1997.
Toured with Moscow?s New Opera to New York in November 1997 (performing as Olga in Eugene Onegin on Broadway).
Took part in a young singers? training programme at the Metropolitan Opera, New York, in January 1999.
Performed in Stravinsky?s Les Noces under conductor Michael Tilssen Thomas with the San Francisco Symphony Orchestra in San Francisco and at the Carnegie Hall, New York, in February 2001.
In 2005 in Luxemburg she participated in a new production of Prokofiev?s opera The Love for Three Oranges.
