Born in Moscow. Graduated from the Russian Institute of Theatre in 2005 (faculty of music, faculty of directing and acting in musical theatre, studio of Raissa Nemchinskaya).
He has worked on productions of Leoљ Janбиekґs The Diary of One Who Vanished at the Helikon Opera, 2004 (stage director and production designer), the opera duologue The Music Director: Antonio Salieriґs Prima la musica, poi le parole and Wolfgang Amadeus Mozartґs Der Schauspieldirektor at the Rostov State Music Theatre, 2004 (stage director).
At the Mariinsky Theatre he has staged Shostakovichґs Moscow, Cheryomushki (2006, stage director and production designer), Janбиekґs Jenщfa (2007) and Berliozґs Benvenuto Cellini (2007).
