Prizewinner of Julio Gayari International Vocal Competition (Spain, 1994);
Prizewinner of Elena Obraztsova International vocal Competition (St Petersburg, 1999).
Was awarded a special diploma of 2nd Rimsky-Korsakov International Vocal Competition (St Petersburg, 1995).

Born in Tbilisi. Graduated from the Tbilisi Conservatoire in 1992 and trained in the Music Academy in Ozimo, Italy (class of Prof. M. Melany). Soloist of Paliashvili Opera and Ballet Theatre (Tbilisi), where her repertoire included Princess Eboli (Don Carlo), Azucena (Il trovatore), Maddalena (Rigoletto), Natella (Absalom and Eteri) and others.
Joined the Mariinsky theatre in 1996.

Her repertoire includes: Lyubov (Mazeppa), Princess Eboli (Don Carlo), Azucena (Il trovatore), Suzuki (Madama Butterfly), Carmen (Carmen), Cherubino (Le nozze di Figaro), Teresa (La sonnambula), Preziosilla (La forza del destino), Maddalena (Rigoletto), Konchakovna (Prince Igor), Flosshilde (Das Rheingold), Dalila (Samson et Dalila).
Took part in the international tours together with the Mariinsky company and appeared in solo recitals internationally. Took part in the production of "WAR AND PEACE" at the Opera de Bastille in Paris in 2000 (roles od Helen, Matresha, Adjutant of Murat). Later in 2000 is invited to Liudzvig Festival for production "Cosi fan tutte" (Dorabella).
