• Recipient of the 2nd prize at the I All-Russian Music Competition (November  2010)

Born in Perm. Started learning the violin at the age of four under T.A. Shevtsova, Honoured Cultural Worker of Russia. At the age of sixteen he moved to Moscow and entered the Academic College of Music of the Moscow Tchaikovsky Conservatoire and subsequently the Tchaikovsky Conservatoire itself where he studied in the  violin class of Professor Vladimir Ivanov, People’s Artist of Russia. Pavel Milyukov is currently a postgraduate student at the Moscow State Conservatoire. Performs at the most prestigious venues in Russia, among them the Large Hall of the Moscow Conservatoire, the Tchaikovsky Concert Hall and the Concert Hall of the Mariinsky Theatre. He has toured throughout Russia, Austria, Germany, Hungary, Greece, South Korea and China.
In 2008 he appeared at a meeting between young musicians and Russian President Vladimir Putin. In 2008 and 2009 he was a grant-recipient of the St Petersburg House of Music and the Russia Joint-Stock Bank. Since 2009 he has been a permanent soloist with the St Petersburg House of Music. In March 2010 he performed at the grand opening ceremony of a monument to Russia’s Empress Maria Alexandrovna in San Remo (Italy) Pavel Milyukov performs on a violin provided by the State Collection of Unique Instruments (Moscow, Russia).
