Miceal O’ROURKE concert activity is very intensive. He performs with well-known orchestras. The pianist gave concerts in Great Britain, Ireland, Germany, Poland, USA, Netherlands and France, and also participated in International festivals in Amsterdam, Krakow, and Paris. Besides classical piano works, Mr. O’Rourke includes in his programs rarely performed music of Szimanowski, Lutoslawski, Respighi, Strawinski and Britten. The pianist collaborates with Chandos label, having recorded CDs with works by Chopin, Schumann and Debussy.
