Opening of the XXIX Music Festival Stars of the White Nights

The playbill for the opening days the XXIX Stars the White Nights International Music Festival has been published – the complete program will be announced at a later date. St Petersburg‘s most significant music event is being launched on 27 May and will run until 18 July.

On the Main stage of the Mariinsky Theater, the Festival will open with the ballet "Swan Lake", on the New stage - with the opera "Manon Lescaut", and at the Opera and Concert Hall will take place an evening of piano music - Pierre-Laurent Aimard recital.
