Nadine Koutcher is a Belarusian opera singer. A dramatic coloratura soprano, she was the winner of the 2015 BBC Cardiff Singer of the World competition.

Koutcher was born in Minsk and is a Belarus citizen, but lives and works in Russia. She represents Belarus in international competitions. "Nadine Koutcher" is her European stage name.
