Marina Aleshonkova

• Prize-winner at the All-Russian Valentina Levko Vocalists’ Competition (Moscow, 2008, 2^nd prize)
• Prize-winner at the Romansiada International Young Russian Romance Performers’ Competition (Moscow, 2009, 3^rd prize)

Born in Krasnogorsk. In 2009 she graduated from the vocal faculty of the Russian Gnesins’ Academy of Music (class of Galina Vasilievna Oleinichenko). At the Opera Studio of the Russian Gnesins’ Academy of Music she has performed the roles of Musetta (La Bohиme) and Violetta (La traviata).
Soloist with the Mariinsky Academy of Young Singers since 2010.
