Alexander Ramm was born in Vladivostok. In 2012 he
graduated from the Moscow State Tchaikovsky Conservatoire (class
of Professor Natalia Shakhovskaya), and he is currently
a student at the Hochschule fьr Musik Hanns Eisler in Berlin
(class of Frans Helmerson).
Has performed in concerts since
the age of nine. Appears as a soloist and together
with symphony orchestras. Has appeared on several occasions
at the Great, Small and Rachmaninoff Halls of the Moscow
Conservatoire.
Has participated in programmes
of the St Petersburg House of Music including Russia’s
Music Team – Participants of the Pyotr Tchaikovsky
Competition (2011), NEXT: The Chosen Ones
(Yekaterinburg, 2012), Young Talents of Russia
(Lithuania, 2012), Embassy of Mastery (Linz, 2012) and
Evenings in the English Hall (St Petersburg, 2012).
